Eligibility for Returns

1. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Opened or used products.
2. Items purchased during promotions or sales.

Return Process

1. Contact us at guinot@creativedesignrealm.com to initiate a return.
2. Ship the product to our store location: Shop #4, Saima Fine Tower, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Darul Aman Society Karachi, Sindh.
3. Once inspected, eligible returns will be processed for exchange or store credit.
